User Guide

Access Zones

• Catalog Features: – IT Products

• All products listed are limited to Nike Approved Standards (SPL)

• These products are featured in easy to use product category tiles

• Product search and navigation also available to locate products

– Order Status Information

– Quote Creation and Viewing

– Order History Reporting

IT Products: Product Categories

Some primary product tile contains sub-category tiles:

While others contain a list of the products under that category:

Create a Shopping Cart

• Locate item from the product list and click “Add to Cart”

• Or click on an item to view the product details – Then click “Add to Cart”

Create a Shopping Cart When finished shopping, click on the “Shopping Cart” link at the top of the page or the “View Cart” button:

From the Shopping Cart page you can either Checkout or Create a Quote:

Create a Quote To create and send out a quote you must:

– Select a Ship To Address from the Drop Down

– Select a Ship Method

– Select who to send the quote to (your Zones Account Executive or to someone else via email)

– Enter email address of quote receipient

– Name your quote (optional)

– Enter optional message for the quote

View Quote

Once you have created your quote it can be viewed clicking on the “Open Quotes” link in the left navigation from the landing page:

Open Quotes

From the Open Quotes page you can view any quote you have created or any quote you have requested Zones to created for you

• Quotes you create will start with the letter “B”

• Quotes Zones creates for you will start with the letter “S”

View Quote Details Click on the quote number to view the quote details

From the Quote Detail Page you can put the items from the quote into your shopping cart by clicking “Add to Cart”

Order Status To view the status of an order, get a copy of the invoice or get tracking info for all orders placed within the last 14 days click on Order Status in the top right of any page

The Order Status Page will show you all orders from your account with the Order #, PO #, Date Ordered, Status, and Last Shipped Date

Order Status Find your order in the list and click on the Order Number. A new 2-pane window will open.

Top Half is the Order Invoice:

Bottom Half contains Tracking Number Info:

Account Reports To look up the status of an older than 14 use Account Reports. The link is located in the left navigation from the landing page:

You can search for your specific order by different criteria using the Search by drop down or you can search by a date range.

Connect Reports

Connect Reports is an Excel based Purchase History Reporting Tool. Create a custom Purchase History Report and it will be emailed to you as an Excel file.

To access Connect Reports click on the report link in the Left Navigation from the Landing Page:

On the Connect Reports page fill out all the required information (Criteria, Date Type, Status, etc…) and a report will be emailed to the address you designate for your report.

Reports can be run once (default setting) or they can be scheduled to run automatically based on interval you select. Then just name your report, enter an email address, and click “Create Report”. Your report will then be emailed to you.
