Seeing ‘Rule♯1’shows that the film acts of a sort of guide to a zombie attack which shows the comedy element of the film as we learn throughout the film various Rules will be shown in moments that correspond with them, adding more comedy. Frame 7

The weather is displayed as cloudy, giving the sense of forthcoming coming danger and this is parallel to the shot showing the girls running after the car which is heading towards to clouds. By using the children zombies, it adds more to the horror of the film because children symbolize innocence but with the corruption of being undead, it makes them seem out of the usual and a threat to the audience.

Frame 8

Continuing from the last frame, the audience created a connection to the mother who was running as its human nature to want to survive, but as we focus on the mother hoping that she survives, she dies from not wearing a seatbelt. While this occurs the teller of the rules tells the next rule is always wear a seatbelt, this acts as irony to what we have just seen on the screen which gives the comedic effect of the film.
