Part I: Business Process

• Businesses, like Air Canada, use two apps within the Zoho software that help automate the entire HR process• Zoho Recruit & Zoho People• Each app has “modules” to help with specific tasks

• Zoho Recruit is used for job postings, resume tracking, uploading interview details, and takes care of all the details from sourcing to hiring a candidate

• Zoho People is used once the recruit is hired on – can view employee’s attendance, see employee’s real-time progress and employees themselves have their own pages to update their information, set goals and show previous positions in and outside of the company

Part II: The Process Model

• Saves time & money by automating most of the HR process

• Zoho Recruit sets up a job posting on multiple websites and allows the employer to choose which candidates they want to interview from each site

• Zoho People minimizes inaccuracies in the onboarding process by allowing employees to manage their own personal information

• Zoho People aids performance management by keeping track of attendance, goals, and achievements of each employee
