Aſter having matched up against the Hassall Grove A’s side the previous week where the teams put in 110% but unfortunately lost, we were keen to get out there and put a win on the board. Luckily for us, the effort the senior and junior teams put in was rewarded with two great wins! The junior team won 65 to -24 and the senior team won by just 8 runs, winning 47-39. Well played Rooty Hill! Looking forward to this Friday. PSSA Cricket Coach Mr Daniel Katon

In order to secure your child’s place in a high school in 2017, every parent/carer of a Year Six student must complete the 2017 Information Guide and Expression of Interest (EOI) Form. Regardless of which high school you are intending to send your child to, all students are required to have an Expression Of Interest completed. We are holding an information session on Monday 14th March from 11:15am – 6pm in the meeting room located in the front office. By attending an information session you will be supported to complete the EOI form and have any questions answered. All EOI forms are due back to school by Friday 18th March. Welcome Evening on Thursday night was a fun- filled event as the children were able to play on the jumping castle, participate in a range of games, have their faces painted or their hair sprayed with crazy colours. It was a great opportunity to talk to our new parents and enjoy the sausage sizzle with our parents and students. We hope that everyone had a fantastic time. Congratulations to the winners of the ‘Lucky Door Prizes’!
