Update Your Profile1. Click on your name2. Click on View Profile3. Add signature and update information

Access Search for property information from the Realtor Property Resource.

1. Click on the icon to begin.2. Select All Properties3. Type the address of the property4. Click the Yellow Search icon

Property information will display.

2. Click Start a new zipForm® Transaction

3. Click the Go to zipForm® button

Click on the My Forms to open side navigation to view forms.

Template forms will show in a list under My Forms

To add additional Forms Click on the All Forms tab to the right.

Click the down arrow next to the property address to Access Menu Options

Move your forms to DocuSign Transaction Room (DTR) Rest your mouse over the “Send to Other System”

Choose “Send to DocuSign Transaction Rooms”

Click on Create a New DocuSign Transaction Room

Fill in all blank fields

Select the forms to add to DTR and click add documents to transaction room button

DO NOT CLOSE THIS WINDOW

CLICK THE DOCUSIGN LOGO TO GO TO YOUR DTR ACCOUNT

Your documents have been imported from zipForms®

You must now log into your DocuSign Transaction Room Account

Sign into your DocuSign Transaction Rooms with your credentials

Click on the Transaction icon

Select your Transaction from your list

Click on Documents

Select or Add People

Select Create a New Envelope

Completely fill in Envelope Details

Add Documents to envelope

Add Recipents and Routing

Apply Signatures, Dates & any additional fields to all documents. When Complete – click send
