So gut wie neu durch professionelle Aufarbeitung

Alle Komponenten, die nicht innerhalb der von den Fahrzeugherstellern fr die Erstausrstung vorgegebenen Toleranzen aufgearbeitet werden knnen, werden durch neue Teile aus der Serien-produktion ersetzt. Alle Dicht- und Kunststoffteile werden im Aufarbeitungsprozess prinzipiell vollstndig ausgetauscht. Im Anschluss an die prozesssichere Aufarbeitung werden alle Aggre-gate strengsten Tests unterzogen. ZF interne Vorschriften limitieren die Anzahl der Aufarbei-tungen in unterschiedlichen Produktkategorien. Zurckgefhrte Teile werden sofort aus dem Verkehr genommen, wenn die definierte Grenze erreicht ist. Nur unter diesen Bedingungen wird die gleiche Qualitt, Sicherheit und Funktionsfhigkeit wie bei Neuteilen gewhrleistet.

Bitte verwenden Sie fr die Rcksendung des ausgebauten Altteils den beiliegenden Anhnger aus der Umverpackung des ZF Parts Ersatzteils.

Vorgaben fr die Rcksendung von Altteilen:

- Aggregate mssen im Rohzustand, d.h. ohne Anbauteile, angeliefert werden.- Gewinde, lbohrungen und Steckverbindungen mssen vor Beschdigung beim Transport

geschtzt werden (Schutzstopfen/-stecker, Abdeckkappen, etc.).- Die Altteile mssen vor Transportschden geschtzt werden. Verwenden Sie mglichst eine

Originalverpackung.- Altteile mssen trocken angeliefert werden, d.h. alle Flssigkeiten mssen, soweit mglich,

abgelassen werden.

As good as new thanks to professional remanufacturing

All components that cannot be remanufactured within the tolerances specified by the automo-bile manufacturers for original equipment are replaced by new components from serial produc-tion. As a matter of principle, all sealing and plastic parts are completely replaced in the remanufacturing process. Once the carefully controlled remanufacturing process is finished, the units are then subjected to the strictest tests. Internal ZF regulations limit the number of times a product can be remanufactured, this varies from product to product. Restored parts are immedi-ately taken out of circulation if the set limit is reached. Only under these conditions are the same quality, safety, and functionality guaranteed as for new parts.

Return conditions for used parts

Reimbursement for used parts can only be given if:

- no signs of external forceful impact are detected- housing is not cracked or broken- no deformations are detected on the housing- no water or fire damage is detected (e.g. corrosion)

To return used parts that have been removed, please use the tag included with the external packaging of the ZF Parts spare part.

Instructions for returning used parts:

- units have to be delivered in their original state, i.e. without add-on parts.- threads, oil bores, plug-in connections have to be protected against damage during transport

(protective plugs / connectors, coverings, etc.).- the used parts have to be protected against transport damage. If possible, use original pack-

aging.- used parts have to be delivered in a dry state, i.e. all fluids have to be drained wherever pos-

sible.

Please send the used part to your supplier.

Each delivered part is subjected to a visual inspection. Used parts that do not meet our condi-tions are immediately scrapped. No credit or reimbursement is given in this case.

Tous les composants qui ne peuvent pas tre remis neuf en respectant les tolrances imposes par les constructeurs automobiles pour les quipements de premire monte sont systmatique-ment remplacs par des pices neuves issues de la fabrication en srie. Lors de la remise neuf, tous les joints et toutes les pices en matire plastique sont systmatiquement et intgrale-ment remplacs. Au terme du processus parfaitement matris de remise neuf, tous les groupes et organes de direction sont soumis des tests trs stricts. Les prescriptions internes de ZF limitent pour diffrentes catgories de produits le nombre total des remises neuf rali-sables. Les pices retournes sont aussitt mises au rebut au cas o la limite prdfinie est atteinte. Ce sont l des conditions indispensables pour garantir la mme qualit, la mme scu-rit et la mme fiabilit de fonctionnement que les pices neuves.

Les pices usages ne sont acceptes et crdites quaux conditions suivants :

- Aucune trace extrieure de dtrioration due une manipulation inapproprie nest dce-lable

- Aucune fissuration ou cassure du botier nest dcelable- Aucune dformation des botiers nest dcelable- Aucun dgt d leau (p. ex. corrosion) ou une surchauffe nest dcelable

Prire dutiliser pour le renvoi de lancienne pice dpose ltiquette jointe lemballage de la pice de rechange ZF Parts.

Modalits de renvoi des pices usages :

- Toujours renvoyer les organes nus , autrement dit sans pices accoles.- Bien protger les filetages, orifices dhuile et connecteurs pour quils ne soient pas endom-

Las piezas usadas slo podrn restituirse cuando:

- no muestren ningn signo de uso indebido- la carcasa no est quebrada o rota- la carcasa no presente ningn signo de deformacin- no presenten ningn dao ocasionado por agua o fuego (p. ej., corrosin)

Para la devolucin de las piezas usadas desmontadas, use el impreso adjunto incluido en el embalaje de la pieza de recambio de ZF Parts.

Requisitos para la devolucin de piezas usadas:

- Los grupos deben suministrarse en bruto, es decir, sin piezas de montaje.- Las roscas, tomas de aceite y conectores que puedan daarse durante el transporte (tapones/

enchufes protectores, cubiertas de seguridad, etc.) deben protegerse.- Las piezas usadas deben protegerse para evitar que resulten daadas durante el transporte.

Utilice, siempre que sea posible, un embalaje original.- Las piezas usadas deben suministrarse secas, por lo que debern purgarse todos los lquidos

Enve la pieza usada a su proveedor.
