Living in the United States inventor, a monk Polish.In 1890 he moved to the United States, where he took up duties in
the church. Stanislaus BiM in Chicago.In 1893, after the death of Chicago Mayor Carter Harrison, who was
shot by an assassin in his own office and began work on a bulletproof vest.
Patented his invention in 1897.
