    - 45% entered high school poorly prepared by their earlier schooling

    - 35% said they were failing

    SOME RESOLUTION

    - Set up a public website to help the student to solve their study or family

    issues.

    - Hire volunteers to go to different local schools spreading the benefits of

    staying in school and the negative effects of dropping out of school.

    - Regent and graduation system reform.

    - Reset the Local Diploma
