Adekunle Oyesanya is a Senior Advocate of Nigeria (SAN). He attended the University of Lagos where he bagged a B.A Honors in English in 1981. He later attended the University of Ibadan where he bagged an (LL.B) Honours in Law in 1986, from there he proceeded to the Nigerian Law School, Victoria Island, Lagos, and was called to the Bar in October, 1987.
His career covers his time working with ABAYOMI SOGBESAN & Co. Legal Practitioners, Lagos State from 1987 to 1991, and later to EDU & MOHAMMED, Legal Practitioners as Head of Chambers between 1991 to 1993. He formed his own practice, Adekunle Oyesanya & Co. in 1994. He later formed a partnership with Chief T. A. Bankole-Oki, SAN, OON, CON, former Attorney-General of Lagos State (1970-1975) which gave birth to BANK OKI, OYESANYA & CO from 1997 till date.
He is a Notary Public and Mediator, member of the Commonwealth Lawyers Association, International Bar Association, Section on International Law of the American Bar Association, Section on Legal Practice of the Nigeria Bar Association and member of International Dispute Resolution Institute.

Suleiman Ilu graduated from the Ahmadu Bello University with a B.Sc. in business administration (Actuarial Science) in 1977. He attended Irish Managment Institute(I.M.I) Republic of Ireland between 1979-81 he proceeded for further studies at the London School of Accountancy 1981-1983.
His career covers his time working with New Nigeria Development Company, Kano Investment & Property limited; he also worked with the Kano State Oil & Applied Products Limited which is the largest oil mill in Africa.
He has served in numerous management capacities some of which include his time as the Chairman, Kano Co-operative Financing Agency, he was a member on the FGN's Technical Committee on Privatization and Commercialization (TCPC) in 1988. He was also the Chairman, Fawaz Steel and Chemicals Ltd, and a one time representative of the KSIP on the Council of Nigeria Stock Exchange. He served as a Director at the North Bridge Micro finance Bank Ltd.
He is a member of the FGN's Vision 20:20:20 and the Chairman of the Labour Group

Ahmad Makarfi is a graduate of Agricultural Economics from the Ahmadu Bello University, Zaire. He holds M.Sc and PH.D. from
the same university. He holds M.Sc in Banking and Finance from Bayero University, Kano.
A farmer, seasoned banker, management consultant and academician. He worked with Afribank Plc now Mainstreet Bank Plc,
defunct Commercial Bank Plc, United Bank for Africa (UBA), Intercity Bank Plc now Unity Bank Plc where he rose to the position of
Assistant General Manager before he resigned from banking career. He worked as a project Consultant to the World Bank
Fadama Programme in Nigerian states.
Dr Ahmad Makarfi was also a consultant with USAID/MARKETS, IFDC, DFID, WORLD BANK, SG2000 in carrying out research ,
monitoring and evaluation of various projects across Nigerian states.
He serves as a Director on the board of:

Gabriel Owope has over 24 years working experience in Finance and General Administration with core competencies in Capital Market operations, Asset and Fund Management as well as Groupings and Micro Financing.
Prior to joining ZAZ Holdings Ltd, he set up and managed for seven (7) years FB Asset Management Limited, Victoria Island Lagos, having worked in Benchmark Finance as an Assistant General Manager for 10 years and First Finance & Trust as a senior Financial Analyst.
Gabriel Adetun B. Owope holds a B.Sc degree in Business Administration from the Ahmadu Bello University Zaria, and Masters in Business Administration (MBA) from the same university. He qualified as a Chartered Stockbroker in 1994 and was licensed as an Investment Adviser/Portfolio Manager in 1996. He is a Fellow of the Chartered Institute of Stockbrokers (FCS) Nigeria.
He is an Alumnus of the Lagos Business School, a Fellow of the Institute of Directors (FIoD) Nigeria and equally a Fellow of the Institute of Credit Administration of Nigeria (FICA).

firms of Matrix Solicitors, E.M.O Dike & CO, and Ince & Merson Solicitors before Founding Syntegral LP.

He enjoyed an expansive career which spanned his time at The Polytechnic, Ibadan, Del-Kan Associate, Consulting Engineers and Ramat Polytechnic, Maiduguri.
He worked at Bank of the North Ltd from 1987-1995 as the Head of Properties Department where he supervised the development of the 17 Storey Head Office building, Regional offices, Branches and Staff Housing Schemes. He later became AGM Properties of Bank of the North Ltd from 1997-2005 where he supervised the development of the 12 Storey Building Office Block at Central Business District (CBD), Abuja, which is now the head Office of Unity Bank Plc.
Engr. Goni worked with Unity Bank Plc as Group Head Corporate Services/Admin from 2005-2009 where he organized development of new Branches and Regional Offices of the new bank. He served as a member of the committee for the Re-Branding of Unity Bank Plc which successfully produced and implemented new branches of the bank that placed it in a better competitive condition in the financial industry.

Further support for our employeesStaff development assistance is being carried out at departmental, divisional and company levels, complemented by infrastructure facilities when necessary. We are currently looking into the establishment of a primary and a post-primary school in collaboration with Staff Co-operative and Pension Fund. Sponsorship of spouses to development programmes are also being envisaged.
