We are planning the development of a mixed-use complex which will be comprised of a bank on the ground floor, hotel, and office space, on a 2 acre parcel (200 feet frontage x 400 feet depth) across the street from the Gulfstream Race Track in Hallandale. Our architects and engineers have done detailed archictectural studies and preliminary plans that have been reviewed by the local governments for which are ready to be prepared for formal review. These are the plans that are contained herein. This parcel is owned by our company and is situated on the corner at 900 S. Federal Highway, (US1) in Hallandale, Florida. The parcel is strategically located between Fort Lauderdale and Miami at the City limits of Aventura / Hallandale, and the County line of Miami-Dade / Broward County. This area is a very prominent and wealthy area, with Aventura and the beaches bordering and abutting the area.
