Some ideas

• Security and trust are key assets in the bank consumer

relation cherish them

• Position the bank account as valuable for bank and consumer

• Add a starter relationship based on payments, salary and cash

deposits (MTX)

• Be innovative and gain large marketshare (non mature market)

• Cooperate with telco’s, strong institutions, brands, affiliates,

who offer trust, loyalty and large scale customerbases

• Reuse existing ID’s, multiple ID’s connected to one account

• Educate potential customers perhaps via loyalty programme

• Focus on macro payments (trust) and remote payments

• Guarantee payments

• Investigate reuse of NRC for authentication

• Focus POS infrastructure on strategic points (heavy traffic)
