Subject:- Cancellation of provisional selection of Syed Shubreena Nisar D/o Nisar Ahmad Shah R/o Achidora and Syed Sabahat Ashraf D/o Peer Mohd. Ashraf R/o Peer Mohalla Dialgam as Medical Officer (AYUSH) for Medical Block Achabal and Medical Block Larnoo.respectively and selection of candidates who are next in merit in waiting list.

1. Whereas 28 number of vacancies of Medical Officer (AYUSH) were advertised byDistrict Rural Health Society (DRHS), Anantnag vide advertisement Notification No. CMO/DRHS/NRHM/1329-36, dated 19.10.2013 under Rashtriya Bal Swasthaya Karyakaram (RBSK) Scheme of NRHM. These vacancies were advertised @ 4 (2 male; 2 female) per Medical Block of Anantnag District.2. Whereas in case of Block Level Posts where no eligible candidates were available,the criteria provided by the State Health Society Vide No. SHS/NRHM/J&K/K/8589-600, dated 14.10.2013 has been adopted.3. Whereas one of the Selected candidates namely Syed Shubreena Nisar D/o NisarAhmad Shah R/o Anchidora, Medical block Achabal was provisionally selected at Block level as Medical Officer (AYUSH) for Medical Block Achabal.4. Whereas, Chief Medical Officer, Anantnag has reported that Syed ShubreenaNisar D/o Nisar Ahmad Shah is married outside the district and is working in Kupwara District under NRHM.5. Whereas another female candidate namely Syed Sabahat Ashraf D/o Peer Mohd.Ashraf R/o Peer Mohalla Dialgam Medical block Achabal was selected at District level as Medical Officer (AYUSH) for Medical Block Larnoo.6. Whereas, Chief Medical Officer, Anantnag has reported that Syed SabahatAshraf provisionally selected as Medical Officer (AYUSH) could not produce the requisite documents at the time of joining as the said candidate has not eted his degree by or before the last date of submission of her application form.7. Whereas selection of above mentioned two female candidates as Medical Officer (AYUSH) needs to be cancelled and thus resulting in availability of two vacancies of Medical Officers (AYUSH) one to be filled at Block level in Achabal Block and another at District level as per the revised merit list.8. Whereas the selection of female candidate namely Gazala Hamid W/o Tabrez Ahmad Khan R/o of Sahibabad (Medical Block Achabal) as Medical Officer (AYUSH) for Medical Block Verinag from the district level merit needs to be considered at block level as per revised merit list due to the vacancy available at Block level in Achabal Medi-cal Block.Now, therefore, the selection of Syed Shubreena Nisar and Syed Sabahat Ashraf as Medical Officer (AYUSH) is hereby cancelled and Gazala Hamid seiectec from District merit earlier and posted in Medical Block Verinag h hr.-ec. ;csted in Medical Block Achabal from revised Block level merit and two female candidates namely Zahida Shereen W/o Bilal Ahmad Mubarak Sheikh R/o Much Bhawan, and Asia Arjumand D/o Gh. Nabi Dhobi R/o Krangsoo both hailing from Medical Block Mattan are hereby selected as Medical Officer (AYUSH) under RBSK from District level merit against the two resultant vacancies caused due to above cancellations/ adjustment and posted in Medical Block of Verinag and Larnoo respectively

CorrigendumCorrigendum to the Notification issued under Section-4 (i) of J&K Land Acquisition Act Vide No NH/Uri-II/CLA/GC-65/2014/521 dated 24/01/2014 for village Jhulla, Tehsil Uri.

Whereas this collectorate issued a notification under Section-4 of Land Acquisition Act vide this office No. HH/Uri-II/CLA/GC-652014/521 dated 24-01-2014 wherein Land measuring 12K-03 M under KH. Nos 1, 6, 8, 9, 12, 14 104/76 Min 87 88 and 238 was nottified and the name of the Village was mentioned as Jhulla Tehsil Uri. Whereas subsequently it came fore that the name of the village where the land under Acquisition fails is Ramgai as recorded in the revenue records and Jhulla is only a Patti of Village Ramgai.Therefore the name of the Village as mentioned in thel notification as referred above be read as reffered above be now read as Under:
