In January 2015, my partner and I purchased our first property, a Pearl, at The Hallows in Reedley, Burnley. When embarking on the Hallows site we instantly knew this was a place we could call home. Although, we were both previously renting a property with little funds to place a full deposit towards a mortgage. Barnfield Homes recommended two schemes they could offer us ‘Help to Buy’ and ‘New Build’, both established for first time buyers which allowed us to place a more feasible 5% deposit. Barnfield Homes arranged for their Financial
Advisor to assist us on choosing the best scheme for us both. We were both thrilled with the outcome and the efficiency of Barnfield Homes and the Financial Advisor. From day one of visiting The Hallows site to purchasing our home through the Help to Buy Scheme, Barnfield Homes have provided efficient and excellent customer service making the whole process enjoyable. Joanne and Kelly have always been very approachable and with their help of choosing kitchen and bathroom fittings, have made our first home our dream home. The quality of the workman-ship is second to none and any small snag was never too much trouble. The site foreman and workmen on the site have been very efficient, polite and approachable.
