I would like to take this opportunity to congratulate you both on your forthcoming wedding,and invite you to my studio to view my portfolios.

Every wedding is unique. I tailor my services to record the special events of your day and to meet your individual requirements. As aphotographer who enjoys a more journalistic approach to photography, I feel more inspired to capture life as it happens.

I believe that portraits are at their most beautiful when the subject’s expressions are natural and spontaneous.

After meeting the photographer, the bride and groom are more relaxed on the day, and this shows within the photographs. Chances are you haven’t been photographed so extensively before, so its important you’re at ease with the photographer.

It also helps me to blend in and be unobtrusive.

Brides HouseI will arrive at the bride’s home (providing it is in reasonable

distance to the wedding venue) in plenty of time to takephotographs of the bride, relatives, bridesmaids and pageboys.This is also a good time to take informal and more relaxed

photographs of the bridal party. An additional fee of £60 will be added to your chosen wedding

package price for this service.

Grooms PartyPhotographs will be taken of the groom with his family, ushers and best man before the ceremony while awaiting

the arrival of the bride.

Arrival of the BrideAs the bridal carriage arrives photographs are taken of

the bride being helped out of the car, and of the bridal party entering the ceremony.

The Wedding CeremonyPhotographs are generally not allowed during the formal

part of the service. The signing of the register is staged after theceremony, this is followed by a photograph of the couplewalking down the aisle and then leaving the ceremony

as husband and wife.

Group PhotographsThis is the part guests hate, as the photographer is the last

hurdle between them and the bar! I endeavour to complete thisstage as efficiently as possible, arranging different combinations

of guests around the bride and groom. To help in theorganization of your group shots for large weddings,

I create a list of the groups beforehand.This helps enormously if your ushers could be on hand to call

out and guide your guests (while one group is being taken,another is gathered towards the photographer).

ReceptionWhilst waiting for the guests to arrive at the reception venue,the bride and groom will be taken aside for their photographsand the “cake cutting”. Provided that all the photographs yourequire have been taken, I will leave you to enjoy your nuptial

celebrations just before the wedding breakfast begins.Should you require photographs of the speeches - up to the first

dance, there will a further charge of £250.00. Conformation of this at time of booking.

Your online preview albumYour online password protected preview album will be

ready for you to view 1-2 weeks after your wedding. The online album allows you to proudly show your

images off to family and friends, allowing them to play the slideshow, change colour options

and safely purchase online. Password holders may order their favourite

photographs over a three week period, (this will be the length of time the images

will be displayed online).

Guest PrintsGuest prints are available in

6”x”4, 7”x 5”, 8”x 6” or 10”x 8” sizes and are presented in card mounts.


Prices are based upon the size and quantity of photographs yourequire as well as the type of album. Whichever package youchoose you can be assured of superior quality and individualattention at all times.

Bronze Package £1,195The Bronze Package includes;• Photographs taken at the wedding

venue and reception.• An online password protected

preview album.• All edited image files shown in

online preview album with permission to print for self printing.

Silver Package £1,200The Silver Package includes;• Photographs taken at the wedding venue and reception.• An online password protected preview album, from which

you can choose the photographs for your final album.Additional album prints are available at guest print prices.

• A 12” x 8” Storybook - a stylish book bound albumwith Acrylic or Leatherette Cover. Designed by the photographer and printed directly onto traditional photographic paper and available in vibrant lustre or a punchy metallic finish, with 20 pages and approx 60 images.

Gold Package £1,325The Gold Package includes;

• Photographs taken at your wedding venue and reception.

ultimate in luxury and quality, with deluxe multi sizedmounts to display approx 70 beautifully printedphotographs, with a cover constructed using the finestgenuine leather.
