• Nadia filled the cannelloni tubes with ricotta and spinach by using a piping bag.
• Alexis and Emily selected the Vegetable Frittata as it was both a vegetarian option and a gluten free option, giving Coeliac’s more choice on the menu.

• Original recipe was adjusted in attempt to comply with the Policy
• Icing recipe was changed to be the same as carrot cake icing (but with pineapple juice included)
• Students were required to complete some of the work in their lunch breaks. The Clean-up Crew on this occasion where Mikaela, Yolanda, Cloye, Nadia and Sam.
