This league is directed toward young-age teams looking to continue skill

development with off-season soccer fun.

Age Divisions: 3 yrs., 4-5 yrs., and 6, 7 yr. olds (cut-off date is 31 July 2014)

Guaranteed Games: 8 ONLY $45 per individual !!!

Waiver: We hereby agree that the Dayton Area Soccer Association (DASA), Action Sports Center (ASC), their members, coaches or officers shall not be liable for any injury or loss which my child may sustain while participating in activities of any kind, whether sponsored by or under the supervision of DASA-ASC Winter League and we agree to indemnify and to hold harmless DASA & ASC, its members, coaches or officers or designates of any kind from any claim whatsoever. Refund Policy: The league director retains the ultimate decision on refunds of league entry fees. The refund policy for ACTS of GOD is: 100% before the schedule is drawn, 75% if league is postponed or canceled and no games are played, 50% if league is postponed or canceled and team only played one game and No Refund if the team plays more than one game. If a team does not finish the league and elects to drop out before playing and after schedules are drawn is not eligible for a refund. The refund policy for teams withdrawing from an event that was not cancelled and doing so prior to play is: 100% if cancel 29+ days out, 75% if cancel within 22-28 days, 50% if cancel within 15-21 days, 25% if cancel within 8-14 days and No Refund if the team cancels within a week of the league. In the event of a refund situation, a team may opt to exchange the equivalent value of the refund for: future tournament at Action Sports Center, field rental time at Action Sports Center, team lessons at Action Sports Center or cage and training facility time at Action Sports Center.
