Boys and Girls acquire the values and culture of their groups and learn the social roles appropriate to their positions through socialization…Through this, they have opportunity to know each other and enjoy each other’s company. As they enjoy each other’s company, they begin to show specialinterest. Girls are expected to be modest, soft spoken and gentle in manners.Boys are expected to be assertive and aggressive.

This heart striking quote is definitely so true. Some of us who does not yet experience this just don’t understand even we. The word “Love” has many countless meanings so that’s why we have different stages of love. In this, we will understand what love does each of the people in our lives gives to us…

1. Infantile Love (Infancy and Early childhood): the kind of love that is given to a baby. It is the attention and care that he/she enjoys from his/her parents and relatives.

2. Filial Love (Early and Middle Childhood): the kind of love that a child has towards his parents, especially the mother, because they spend most of their time together.

3. Pre-adolescent Love (Childhood and Pre-adolescence): the time when the child gets interested in other children of his own age and sex.

4. Peer Love: called the adolescent love which is directed towards someone of the opposite sex and the same age.

5. Mature Love: kind of love a person feels when he is truly in love. He will always try to do his best for the sake of his partner and do what is best to keep the relationship happy and harmonious.

Dating allows two young people of the opposite sex to get to know each other and enjoy each other’s company…..

Most of us all know that there are many kinds of dating as we seen in different movies….So special dating can be classified as…….

1. Casual Dating: the initial date or first stage of dating when two acquaintance meet on a friendly date.

2. Special Dating: there is some emotional involvement since the two parties involved have become close friends.

3. Steady Dating: two parties involved have made commitments to date only each other.

4. Blind Dating: this happens when two people who do not know each other go out a date through arrangements made by a third party.

5. Group Dating: In this type of Dating, several boys and girls agree to go out together.

Courtship includes also four different stages:

1. Dating- provides an opportunity for friendly relations with someone of the opposite sex.

2. Going Steady: the time when people enter into a commitment to date each other only, but not necessarily to get married in the future.

3. Private Understanding: it is a stage where the man declares his love and affection for the woman and his desire to marry her and the woman accepts it.

4. Engagement: this is the time when private understanding which has been kept secret is now announced in public.
