YOUTH LEAGUE is a non-profitable, non-governmental and non-Political organization registered under Societies and companies Act under ordinance 1860, is committed to help the underprivileged population. This organization operates without any political and cultural influences. As a non-governmental organization Youth League, intervenes both in situations of disaster and non-disaster for sustainable development of the marginalized population restoring their autonomy in the society. History: The history of PCDP has been st arting since24 Feb, 2008, when the critical situation of SWAT has taken place and different organizations rather than international organizations had presented the expression of solidarity with the people of swat. They have provided many specific and important articles as just like food and other facilities to the people of swat. At that time PCDP has taken consideration about this issue in which includes how many shortages are existed in the field of e ducation and technical education in our territories. Therefore after the displacement of the people of swat as PCDP was founded as a ne w instauration. The aim of PCDP is very vast and wide. PCDP has worked on many issues which include the foundation of Youth League which is the powerful and strong source for our nation as it had saved from the critical and rough difficulties. PCDP has kept contacted with other different institutions and these instantiation the first was EAC (Engineering Arts Technical & Vocational center) which help PCDP in achieving its goal. PCDP has started a program for the people of the affected area of SWAT with the help of EAC; the purpose of the program was to develop the technical skills of the people of SWAT. There are many technical courses includes AutoCAD, MS OFFICE, 3D Studio MaX and other technical courses. 320 students have got their cert ificates in different computer courses from the PCDP in its first project. is a local society which is working for relief and development. It helps those people who were affected during the critical situation in Swat and surrounding areas to build secure, productive and as will as communities in Swat. Over the past four years, Youth League had invested more than Rs. 500,000 in the affected area of Swat/ Shangla and Buner after the huge displacement where about 360,000 people had displaced from various areas of Malakand division to relief camps in Mardan, Naushera, Swabi and Peshawar etc .

This huge displacement gave birth to the foundation of youth League.
The main challenges for Youth League was to educate the youth by
arranging educational seminars, keep them busy and encourage themfor their progressive future. Youth League established an institute,
naming (engineering Arts Technical & Vocational Center), which
provides free Computer and technical education to the youth of Swat.
