Dear mr/ms,

we are very pleased to invite you to the Final Conference of NNN Project - NETnotNEET which will be held in rome on 17th of Dicember. the conference will be an opportunity to meet and discuss with policy makers, young people, key actors of vet and employment systems from european commision and many european countries, on policy and strategies to contrast and prevent early school leaving and neet (not in employment education or training) issues in europe.NNN project wants to strengthen networking and cooperation, enhancing public and private resources, to improve the performance of the system of vocational education and training and employment services, involving public authorities to provide interventions focused on the needs of young people neet in turn directly involved in the project. NNN is based on a double layer of complementary strategies:1) Bottom-up: neet groups were involved in

Forums and Laboratories of dialogue, to define and collect new proposals for the implementation of methodologies and tools aimed at improving the provision of education and vocational training and employment services, according to the needs and expectations of young people themselves.

2) top-down: public and private education systems and vocational training and employment services were involved in peer reviews to evaluate the impact of good practices (such as the Youth Guarantee Scheme). expert systems of education and vocational training and employment services and neet people met in dueling moderator focus groups, where they processed at the two points of view synthesis (bottom-up and top-down). the results of each focus group contributed to the definition of National Strategy papers, with recommendations for policy makers and local stakeholders. the documents was used for the establishment of a Transnational strategy paper, defined through a Transnational Laboratory, with the assistance of representatives of the neet groups involved, the systems of education and vocational training, employment services and european experts.
