Our Escape range offers:

1 HOME AND LAND SELECTION Meet with our

New Home Consultant and choose the house and land package that makes your heart sing. An initial $1,000 holding deposit (Refundable) is required at this stage.

2 FINANCE APPROVAL An obligation-free discussion

will be held with our finance specialist to organise your home loan.

3 COLOUR SELECTION Meet with your New Home

Consultant to make a colour selection from a range of schemes to turn that house into your personalised masterpiece. The second deposit of $2,000 (Non-refundable) is required at this stage.

4 CONTRACT SIGNING Your New Home Consultant will

take you through your finalised contracts. A 5% deposit of contract value is required at this stage.

5 SITE START Once your land is titled and contracts

are signed, we start preparing the foundations for your brand spanking new home.

6 SLAB POUR Concreters prepare for the concrete

slab to be poured. After which, the first stage of the construction is complete! A 10% progress payment of contract value is required at this stage.

7 FRAME We erect the frame of your home. This is

where you will start to see the outline of your new home take shape. A 15% progress payment of contract value is required at this stage.

8 LOCK-UP Once the external cladding and roofing

is complete and the windows and external doors have been installed, the structure is at lock-up stage. A 35% progress payment of contract value is required at this stage.

9 FIX As your home is now lockable, we commence

the fixing stage inside. Here you will see the plaster, cabinetry, internal doors and your kitchen and bathrooms begin to take shape. A 25% progress payment of contract value is required at this stage.

10 SETTLEMENT/COLLECT THE KEYS! Shortly after

the above step, you are ready to collect the keys to your new home and make the final payment.
