Compatibility:

Tachospeed is compatible with EU standard hardware components such as VDO Download Key, Actia D-Box, Stoneridge, OPTAC also Russian devices and many others. It can transfer online data from different devices and it also supports remote download services.

Tachospeed uses an embedded Firebird SQL database (No need to install database Firebird server). And it is also possible to work on multiple and separate databases (locally, LAN and Internet over TCP/IP).

Tachospeed is compatible with ADF, flatbed and roller scanners (normal & high-speed) or electronic chart-readers, adding the Duplex chart-reader feature (scan both-sides of tachodiscs). It allows you to browse and edit scanned tacho-charts with their activities readout.

A tailor-made solution:

Tachospeed SHIFT: Interactive view of activities – presentation of activities in bar charts with ability to highlight specific periods of activities, showing totals of rest, driving, other work and availability. For highlighted periods of time, you are able to view other driver’s data on a specific day (crew mode), timing for configurable day or night hours, which can be represented in the reports in separate columns.

Tachospeed EXPERT: You will be able to calculate fines according to 15 European tables of penalties (i.e. British, Romanian and Spanish, etc…) and generate thorough detailed reports with graphical presentations with the exact amount of money caused by infringements.

Tachospeed SOCIAL: Manage your drivers’ information: driver licenses, attestations. Calculate wagers & premiums and Extra-hours payment. The documentation of evidence and tracking of schedules are fully integrated into Tachospeed.

Tachospeed CAR: Manage your vehicles; Oil consumption, monitoring of preventive and curative maintenance and vehicle speed management.

Tachospeed SERVER: A multi-user version for enterprises with multiple work places. It has the Possibility to work on multiple and separate databases (locally, LAN and Internet over TCP/IP). It contains an embedded Firebird SQL database. It further contains automated data acquisition from download terminals and remote download systems. Thanks to its flexible licensing system, it makes this feature of Tachospeed quite unique.

Support & maintenance services: Tachospeed provides in collaboration with the partners and distributors, maintenance services at reasonable rates. This guarantees the regular update of software; in case of problems a fast assistance by telephone or remote session. For the 1st year the maintenance contract is included.

Training courses: Software training can be provided to users as a free opportunity, via TeamViewer software. For course programs, please contact your local Tachospeed distributor.
