Arbonne’s Success Plan Summary
1. How much money do you want to make each month? 2. How fast do you want to earn it? 3. Are you willing to commit 8 – 12 hours a week to get it?
There are no guarantees regarding income and the success or failure of each independent consultant depends on their own
skills and efforts. Arbonne International did not authorize the content contained in this document.
Consultant Requirements
• To maintain Consultant status, a Consultant must have a minimum of $1,200 PQV in a rolling 12-month period (the "12 in 12 Requirement").
• In order to participate in management qualification programs and to receive overrides, bonuses and other incentives, Arbonne Independent Consultants must accumulate a minimum of $150 PQV each month and be in compliance with the Independent Consultant Agreement.
District Manager Requirements
One-, two- or three-month qualification option: • When you accumulate at least $1,000 QV (your personal sales) or at least $2,500 QV (entire
team) in a month, you will automatically enter into qualification for District Manager.
To complete qualification: • $6,000 QV in one month or two consecutive months, or $7,500 QV over three consecutive
months. • RV will be accumulated over the entire qualification period.
• Minimum $2,500 QV in the last month of the qualification period.
• Minimum $1,000 PQV accumulated in the qualification period.

District Manager (DM) is the first level of management in Arbonne. Your goal should be to promote to DM as soon as possible. Many on our team achieve this within their first 90 days. As a DM, you start to earn income from your entire Successline, and you also get paid on your own personal purchases. If you can promote to District Manager, and teach other people how to promote to District Manager, you can be a National Vice President with Arbonne! Continuing to grow your District and promote out additional District Managers is what will help you promote up the SuccessPlan. You want to be a ‘District Manager-Making Machine’ and teach your team to do the same.
The District Manager maintenance of $2500 QV each month is the ‘building block’ of Arbonne. Each
Area, Region, and Nation is made up of many Districts. No matter what title you are paid as, you always
have a district. As a new consultant, your first job is to learn how to build a district that can sustain
$2500 QV each month. [
How to Become a “District Manager-Making Machine”
If your goal with Arbonne is to promote past District Manager, then you want to be thinking of building
an organization of Consultants and Consumers. By sponsoring new consultants and teaching them how
to promote to DM, and teaching them to do the same with their consultants, your business (and theirs)
will grow and you will be tapping into the time leveraging power of Network Marketing - many people,
each doing a little bit, to accumulate to a greater whole.
To build a solid District and business, we recommend the “$2,500 plus 1” strategy. With this model,
every consultant focuses on their own $2,500 building block each month. The $2,500 building block
includes your personal product order (at least $150 retail), plus start up orders for and volume
accumulated by, all new business partners, plus purchases from new and former retail clients,
preferred clients, and even by the prospects you introduce to Arbonne who may not be interested in
building an Arbonne business.

How Do I Get There?
Okay, we will lay it all out for you. To be successful in Arbonne, you need to speak to as many people as
possible, as soon as possible. Period! The most efficient way to do this is by sharing to groups of people
in small settings. You want to identify prospects and to do that you need to get out there. We will
break it down into 3 levels of goals that you will work towards. Stretch! You will be amazed at what you
can accomplish.
Here is how it works:
Book 8-10 presentations each month. Yes, a couple will cancel or need to reschedule. Life
happens and that is okay. Overbook! You need to execute a minimum of 6, and if you want
to get on the fast track, 8-10 are essential.
An average presentation is $500 in sales (In some rare cases your presentations may be over
$1,000, and some where you sell only a box of detox tea). When you execute a minimum of 6
presentations you will be doing your part in reaching your minimum $2500 building block.
This $2,500 building block number is critical to our Teach 4 to Teach 4 plan.
Fill in with one on ones, drop off’s, and sample packs. Talk to people you meet…share Arbonne! Get into Activity: Keep the Main Thing, the Main Thing. And the Main Thing is the number of times
you present the Business Opportunity to someone. Simply set your goal, decide how many
‘Presentations’ you are going to do each month, then follow the System.
Here are the suggested goals for a new consultant:
1. Presentation Goal: Your goal is to share the Arbonne story to 16 – 48 people every month. These presentations can be a combination of any of the following:
a. Business launches of your newly sponsored consultants b. Your personally invited prospects to our weekly Health & Wellness Webinars/Conference Calls c. Your personally invited prospects to our weekly Discover Arbonne Opportunity
Webinars/Conference Calls d. One-on-one appointments e. Small group presentations of any kind
2. Volume Goal: $2,500 New & You
a. New = The volume from your retail clients, preferred clients and consultants/business partners sponsored in the current calendar month
b. You = Your $150 personal retail volume (PQV) order. We recommend that all consultants be set up on the Arbonne Special Delivery Program (ASD)
3. Promotion Goal: This business is about duplication. Every month, you should be working toward the following goals:
a. Help at least one direct consultant get into District Manager qualification b. Help at least one direct consultant promote to District Manager

It is your sponsor/upline’s job to help you promote to District Manager within your first 90 days of joining
Arbonne. District Manager is where the magic and miracles begin to happen. You will begin experiencing the
benefits of time leveraging, your paycheck will increase, and you will begin getting paid every time you take a
shower, take vitamin or drink a protein shake.
Focus on Strong Start and earn the awesome prizes Arbonne offers you as a new consultant. (Upon
successful completion of this goal, you will be awarded a $700 product voucher.)
We advise all new consultants to participate in the Strong Start Program by achieving $1,500 Qualifying Volume
(QV) in your Start Month, or the month after. The Strong Start Program provides a monthly Volume Goal** for
you to achieve — and you earn a reward each month that you reach that goal! Even better, when you reach all
three monthly Volume Goals (totaling 7,500 QV), and sponsor three or more new Independent Consultants with
150 Personal Qualifying Volume (PQV) each in their Start Month, you’ll not only be a Strong Start graduate, you’ll
also be rewarded generously with an $700 Arbonne Product Voucher.
Recommended Volume & Promotion Goals for a New Consultant
Month 1
AWESOME goal: Finish DM in one month and go into Area Manager (AM) qualification with $10,000 in
volume (you plus 3, each doing your part)
GREAT goal: Finish DM in one month with $7,500 in volume (you plus 2, each doing your part)
GOOD goal: Go into DM qualification with $2500 in volume (you doing your part)

Call and invite your first 4 dream team members to join you
Book 4 – 6 additional presentations (to be held within 30 days) with contacts from your 100 Person
Contact List.
The key to building a successful Arbonne business is a simple, duplicable system. The way you start your
business is the way your team will start theirs. Follow the system for success and allow your Sponsor to
coach you toward your goals!!

how we calculated the $2500 in the How to Become a District Manager-Making Machine section?

– that is $212,500 in volume and you are in qualification for National Vice President (NVP)!!
