Visit www.FLHealthSource.gov/mqa-services, select No and click Register to begin the registration process. Check your email INBOX, JUNK, SPAM, CLUTTER and TRASH folders to locate your new account user ID and temporary password. Using your temporary password and user ID provided via email, log into your account. You will be prompted to create a new password for your account. After you Sign In with your new user ID and password, you will then be prompted to add your license to your account before you can renew. If you are a new applicant, follow the instructions to apply for a license. When you renew your professional license, the Department of Health will automatically verify with its electronic tracking system that you completed your continuing education.

The Department of Health will verify continuing education/continuing medical education (CE/CME) completion at the time of license renewal for all licensed

health care practitioners. All course completion must be reported in your CE/CME account prior to renewal.

How Do I Self-report Courses Not Reported by My Continuing Education/Continuing Medical

Education (CE/CME) Provider?

Prior to your license renewal, login to your CE/CME account and verify you have reported all required continuing education. If you completed all your CE/CMEs, you will see a “Complete” message on your course history.

Once in your CE/CME account view your “Course History” and self-report course completion anytime throughout the 2-year renewal cycle.

During the last 4 months of your renewal cycle you are able to renew your license by visiting www.FLHealthSource.gov.

Visit www.FLHealthSource.gov/AYRR and click “START HERE.” Once on CEBroker.com, select the account that is best for you. The basic account is free.
