possibly establish that the document hasany connection to the applicant.

When we are born Nature provides uswith arms, legs, fingers and toes and allother body parts. Nature does NOT

provide us with a name; a name is anartificial attachment attached to usinitially, by our parents, but thatattachment is only pending, does not

become our true legal name until wereach the age of 16 years and make anofficial voluntary application to theState, for a franchise to use that name,which in the meantime, has become

property owned by the state under

Arkansas Codes, Title 18-28-202.

We are taught in school that the 13 th

Amendment and Section 27 of Article 2of the Arkansas Constitution both

prohibit involuntary servitude, and weare also taught that everyone born in theUnited States is automatically a citizen

by such birth. We are not taught that wewere born free and sovereign over our

own individual selves but, as theConstitutional provisions mentioned both

prohibit involuntary servitude, how couldwe possibly be born into citizenship?After all, there is no denying that a claimand acknowledgment of citizenshipconstitutes an acknowledgment of asuperior political authority.

The Constitutional provisions prohibiting

involuntary servitude constitute anacknowledgment that citizenship by birth

is totally impossible (there is no such thingas an anchor baby. The Anchor Baby

ploy is required in order for the governmentto hide the birth by citizenship scam fromthose born free on this land).

So if we are not born into citizenship howthen do we become citizens?

At the time our parents create and registerour names they do not consider that ournames are valuable property or that becausethey made up our name that they own thosenames, but is the name McDonaldsvaluable? And does the McDonalds namehave an owner who issues franchises toapplicants who want to use it to make a

profit? Who is it that makes a profit off of

your use of your name? Is it not clear thatsuch profits are taken by the State ofArkansas every time you use your namein any official manner?

Although it is presumed that your parentscreated and registered your name there isnothing on the face of the birth certificatethat clearly indicates who the creator and ororiginal owner was. Under Title 18-28-202

the State of Arkansas becomes the owner ofyour name five years later (every state hasa similar law). Having been appropriatelyindoctrinated in government schools, whenyou reach 16 years of age you trot yourselfdown to the local Revenue Office to applyfor your driver license and present your

birth certificate wherein you areunknowingly actually applying to the statefor the state to issue you a franchise to use

that state owned name. Of course the stateis eager to acquire another voluntary tax

payer so it approves your application.The driver license part is just smokeand mirrors to entice you tovoluntarily make the application touse State owned property. The same

birth certificate presentation is requiredof an applicant to be issued a stateissued ID card where there is no driving

privilege involved to obfuscate the true purpose of the birth certificaterequirement.

When you apply for your franchise touse the government owned name youthereby agree to follow all the rules thegovernment may make in regard to youruse of its property, being your name.You thereby voluntarily agree to

submit your self to every manner ofgovernment micro management of yourlife; to apply for a permit or license toengage in any activity the governmentdecides it wants to regulate, alwayswith a fee or tax. You must apply for agovernment issued license to marry,and then submit your children to allgovernment rules, inoculations and tosend them to government schools so

they can be indoctrinated as you were.

Under the 14 Amendment, as a citizenth

of the United States, you have no protection under the Bill of Rightsunless the government allows such.The most critical of those protectionsare clearly applicable only to the Peopleof the United States.

entirely separate political designations.The Preamble to the Constitution veryclearly establishes that the purpose of theConstitution was to secure the blessingsof liberty to the People of the UnitedStates and their Posterity, the wordcitizen is glaringly absent from thePreamble and the Bill of Rights.

A republican form of government iswhere there are two political classes -those who make the rules and those whofollow the rules. China, North Korea andthe United States are all republics.

Those of us born here on this land were born free, as the People of the UnitedStates, as joint tenants in the Sovereignty.

We, The People of the United Stateshave been duped and swindled out or our

birth right heritage by those who hatefreedom and liberty for the common man.As citizens of the United States we haveno lawful Constitutional standing tocomplain. The First Amendment right toredress applies only to the people of theUnited States, go read it for yourself!

Why do you have a name, a birthcertificate and, how is it that youactually became a citizen of the UnitedStates, and WHY? Are you aware that

being a citizen of the United Statesand being of the People of the UnitedStates are not the same?

We generally have no reason to everthink much about these matters, we aretaught as children that our mom and dadmade up our name when we were bornand entered our name on our birthcertificate, filed it with the government

and that was all there was to it, nothingall that special or significant, or at leastthat is what those operating thegovernment behind the scenes want usto accept and believe, but there is muchmore to it than meets the eye.

We never stop to consider that there isnothing on any birth certificate toconnect it to any particular individual.

If two or more 16 year old young adultswere to exchange birth certificates priorto applying for a driver license theRevenue Office Clerk would issuedriver licenses to the applicants with theapplicants picture and personalinformation from the birth certificatethe applicant received in the exchange.

Revenue Office Clerks never ask

applicants to provide proof that the birth certificate presented has anyconnection to the applicant. The State
