you begin to answer yourself, there's a problem.

Listening to your talk and then providing answers can actually be very useful to your well-being.
Tuning in to your self-talk can help you analyze it and then you can begin to correct the
negative talks you're giving yourself.
Pause and ask yourself,
"What am I telling myself at this minute?"
Negative self talk can make you anxious/depressed
ANTICIPATE and RE-WRITE INNER DIALOGUE!
Adjust your self-talk to turn a very difficult situation into one where you're successful.
The way you use your inner voice can
make a positive or negative situation.
Listen to what you're telling yourself.
Write the negative thoughts down and analyze them so
you can avoid or use positive thinking to
remove the negative thoughts from your mind.
Negative talk can affect you and those around you so be always listening for the negative self-talk in your head and clear it away with positive.
Positive thinking will become a habit
You will be more positive with others
You will be more confident
You will have less stress and anxiety or you'll be able to deal with anxious situations with positive thinking
