We take pride in spending the amount oftime that you need at each office visit, notrushing you through at a factory pace. John Thomas, MD is a boardcertified family physician. Raised inStockbridge, MA, he attended collegeat the University of Vermont. Helived in Africa for two years andworked in Washington, DC for ashort time before attending medicalschool at the University of Wisconsin.

After completing residency training in Pennsylvania, hemoved to New Hampshire, where he has been in medicalpractice since 2000. Dr. Thomas is a resident ofGoffstown. He is married and has a son, Oliver, anddaughter, Maya. He enjoys small town life, outdooractivities such as hiking and boating, all kinds of music andclassic literature. Fun fact about Dr. Thomas: he speaksBambara, a tribal language from Africa!

Maria Boylan, DO is a boardcertified family physician who is aNew Hampshire native. She earnedher medical degree from theUniversity of New England Collegeof Osteopathic Medicine inBiddeford, Maine where she alsopreviously received her bachelor’s

degree in Medical Biology. She then returned to her homestate to complete her residency at the NH DartmouthFamily Medicine Residency in Concord, NH. Specialinterests for Maria include prenatal care and obstetrics,pediatric care, women’s health, and osteopathicmanipulative medicine (OMM). Outside of medicine,Maria enjoys spending time with her husband and twoboys, doing yoga, outdoors activities, and reading.Interestingly, her family owns a local restaurant inGoffstown, Chiggy’s Place!

Meet our ProvidersChris Calhoun, MD is a boardcertified family physician who earnedhis MD from Vanderbilt UniversitySchool of Medicine, and completed hisinternship and residency at theUniversity of Pittsburgh MedicalCenter. He earned his Bachelors ofScience from the US Naval Academy,

and a Masters of Arts from Oxford University. Specialinterests in medicine include disease prevention and treatmentthrough healthy lifestyle changes. He is married and has twosons. Interests outside family medicine include hiking andcamping with his family, distance running and cycling. Heretired from the US Navy Reserve in 2015.

Prescription RenewalsWe want to ensure that your medications are working foryou and are appropriate. Therefore, we ask that you call ouroffice one week before needing your prescription refilled.We will make every attempt to call in your prescriptionwithin 24-hours pending review and authorization fromyour physician.

LaboratoryFor your convenience, we offer some laboratory services onsite, including phlebotomy (blood drawings) which may bedone at the time of your visit.
