Your challenge is to create a fantasy world.

It can be set anywhere – real or imagined – and can be in the present, past or future.

Task 1 – mind map

Create a mind map with the key information for your world. Think about the following:• inhabitants• climate• terrain – towns/countryside• government/ruler• other – food, transport, pastimes, education etc.

Task 2 – Map

Draw and label a map of your world.

Task 3 – write an autobiography of one of the people who lives there.

Task 5 – now see if you can turn your story into a comic strip.
