Holden describes Gabi’s character as, “I wanted her to be a flawed character. I wanted her to get into trouble like Lucy. You’re still a good person but you make mistakes and you figure it out and still thrive. I wanted this bubbly effervescent character.” Season one saw Gabi attempt to befriend Josh’s scheming publicist Elliot (Rex Lee) and his brassy housekeeper Yolanda, (Kym Whitley) as she cooked up some serious trouble with her roommate and best friend Sofia (Aimee Carrero) by her side.

Young & Hungry fans, affectionately coined “youngries” on Twitter, have eagerly awaited the return of season two, especially since season one ended with the surprise return of Gabi’s ex-boyfriend Cooper (played by guest star Jesse McCartney) just as Josh has called off his wedding because of feelings for Gabi. “Youngries” can also expect to be blown away by guest stars this season. Season two guest stars include Australian singer Kylie Minogue and actress and executive producer, Ashley Tisdale.

Whether she’s cooking with pot, ruining a birthday, or setting up her best friend with the wrong guy, Gabi and her friends are going to stir up some big laughs and crazy adventures in season two. Young & Hungry is also executive produced by Eric Tannenbaum, Kim Tannenbaum, Caryn Lucas, John Ziffren, Jessica Rhoades, and Ashley Tisdale. See you on March 25th!

My Fair Lady was awarded the Best Picture Oscar®; the Grammy® Song of the Year was Hello Dolly!; the Emmy® for Outstanding Comedy Series went to The Dick Van Dyke Show; and Julie Andrews walked away with the Golden Globe® for Best Actress in a Leading Role for Mary Poppins.

And here at CBS Studio Center the lot was abuzz with such renowned shows as Gilligan’s Island, Gunsmoke, My Three Sons, The Big Valley, Rawhide, and The Wild, Wild West.

Did you know? Gilligan’s Island was filmed on Stage 2, the same stage that the hit sitcom Roseanne occupied some twenty-odd years later.

And can you believe? In the season 7 finale, Roseanne pays tribute to Sherwood Schwartz with a fantasy scene in which the characters of Gilligan’s Island are portrayed by the Roseanne cast members. Care to guess which member played Gilligan? Did you guess Laurie Metcalf (“Jackie”)? Bet you didn’t, but if so, you are correct!
