In every story ever told, a powerful character has fueled the narrative, captivating our hearts and minds. The hero archetype is written in our DNA and is just as powerful today as it was at the dawn of

humanity. But it’s not just through fiction that we observe the hero’s journey. It is also in our own lives,

every day.

Whether it’s mastering the art of knitting or karate, becoming a Rubik’s Cube speed solver, or achieving

Super Dad status, we believe everyone kicks ass in their own right. We may not slay dragons or enter an

enchanted world, but each of us will learn, overcome adversity and return with experiences, or

treasures, that make us much stronger and wiser than we were before.

You Kick Ass is comprised of people with crazy-passion for celebration. We love giving gifts, receiving

gifts, suggesting gifts, and personalizing gifts. What we don’t love is the selection out there. Why should

personalized products be ordinary when you’re celebrating something extraordinary? Why is it so hard

to connect interactive tech and physical products to offer an immersive experience that gift givers and

recipients can both enjoy? Through asking these questions, we got the motivation and courage to start

You Kick Ass and create something unique for you.

We think it’s time to re-imagine personalized products from the ground up. We definitely don’t have it

all figured out yet. In fact, we need your help. We need you to tell us what you like, what you wish was

different, what you’d like to see, and what needs tweaking. That’s how you become our hero.
