Do you ever wonder why you understand material in class but can’t do it when you get home? Do you
sometimes wonder why you understand it at home but don’t do well on your test? Do you ever stop to
think about why learning math can be so different than learning other subjects? Do you know why you
get nervous when taking math tests? The answers to these questions and many more are not magical
but are in fact based on the development of excellent mathematics study skills.

Sessions are conducted by senior staff members in the Center with backgrounds in mathematics education and/or counseling and more than 25 years experience working with college‐level students.
