You can view your grades via the Student Homepage of iCampus. From the left navigation under the
Quicklinks section, click on the check grades link.
You can also access your grades through the Academic Dashboard. Under “Academic Support” in the
main navigation, choose “My Grades”.
Here, you can filter grades by using the drop down and clicking go. You can also use the columns to
order your grades by Course, Grade, Term and more.
A snapshot of your GPA appears in the upper right of the Academic Dashboard.
The flag is colored to reflect your academic status: Green for a student in good standing, orange for a
student on academic warning, and red for a student on academic suspension or termination. If you have
not yet declared a major, your flag will be grey.
To learn more about your GPA, click “How is my GPA calculated?” on the My Grades page. The GPA
calculation appears, along with your course grades and points earned.
From the Academic Dashboard, Select “Request Transcript” or click the “Transcript Request” in the side
navigation.
You have two options:
1. View Unofficial Transcript
2. Request Official Transcript
To view your unofficial transcript, click the “View Transcript” button and a copy will download to your
computer.
To request an official transcript, complete the form. You can choose from automated addresses on file
or enter a new address. You must submit a form for each transcript you wish to have sent. Then click
Proceed to Payment.
You will be taken to the payment form in a new window. When you have completed the payment
transaction, return to the “Transcript” page. The “Proceed to Payment” button will have changed to
“Submit Request”. Click “Submit Request” to complete the process.
NOTE: If you are requesting an official transcript to be sent for you to forward to another institution, do
not open the envelope upon receipt. Many institutions require unopened transcripts.
On the Academic Dashboard you can see an overview of your degree progress. From the Academic
Dashboard, select “Degree Plan & Progress” from the menu on the left or click the “Degree Plan &
Progress” button.
The Degree Plan & Progress shows all of your Strayer degree programs and their progress, as well as
your status in particular courses within the program.
From the homepage top navigation, go to “Financial Aid and Support” and select “Account Dashboard”.
From the Account Dashboard, you can see your required payments and the due date. In the Account
Snapshot, you can see a summary of your tuition vs. your funding sources. Select a current or past term
using the dropdown menu and click “Go”. It will generate a bar chart.
The top of the bar shows the tuition and fees for that term, as well as any refunds (if applicable). The
bottom shows funding sources applicable to you with a color-coded key to differentiate employer
benefits, grants, scholarships, loans, third party sponsors and other funding sources. The bottom will
also show your remaining out-of-pocket costs.
A striped bar illustrates funds that are planned, but not disbursed. For example, some scholarships
require you to complete a percentage of the course before the funds are applied.
To view account details, click “More Details” in the Account Dashboard page or “Account Details in the
menu on the left.
The page will expand to allow you to filter by date or show only certain transactions. The list can also be

and you can select the “1098-T & Tax Information” option.
This will take you to the 1098-T & Tax Information page. You can click on any tax year listed to download
