VISITING CONSENT:

Always allow only those FBOs who have taken prior appointment with you to present you with our business opportunity and products.

ID CARD:

Every FBO must have the official business ID card provided to them by the company. This ID card must be presented in all the meetings with their customers.

PRODUCT USE:

We are NOT doctors and our products are not medicines that could treat, cure, diagnose, and mitigate any deceases or medical ailments. Please refer to our literatures and our website for complete information on our products and their uses.

ZERO INVESTMENT/INVENTORY HOARDING POLICY:

FLP does not require any individual to invest any amount or mortgage their home, jewellery or any other valuables to be a part of our Company. The Company prohibits anyone from stocking products or inventory hoarding for the purpose of conducting business activity.

KNOW YOUR RIGHTS AS A CONSUMER

MONETARY TRANSACTION:

FLP disapproves of any kind of monetary transaction between FBOs and/or Customers for the purpose of purchasing FLP products.All registered FBOs are advised to make payments directly to the Company’s account and produce the proof of such payments to the Company with their order form for obtaining our products.

PROOF OF PURCHASE:

All sale of FLP products are supported with appropriate invoices. While the Company provides invoices to its FBOs, Retail Customers must insists on cash memo or bill from the FBO they are purchasing their products.

INFORMATION:

Receive full information on the Company, Products, Prices, Operational Module and the FBO approaching you. You may do so by requesting the FBO visiting you for full information or by visiting our website: www.foreverliving.com.

PRICE LISTS:

The updated price list is available on our website for download. This contains the MRP of our products. Additionally, all our products have MRP labels on them, which indicate the maximum price at which you should purchase them.

Forever prides on its Code of Ethics and Professional Conduct. Any activity which questions the integrity of the Company and itsbusiness conduct is strictly prohibited. Kindly understand and refrain from being a part of any of these the following points whenpursuing your Forever Business.

• FBOs cannot use any misleading, deceptive or unfair trade practices which disrupts the business environments for purpose oftheir business.

• FBOs cannot in prospect of luring any individual, use misleading, false or deceptive income claims or earning potentials.

• FBOs cannot make any claims of their business which cannot be proved or verified either by them or the Company.

• FBOs cannot misguide or mislead any prospect in a deceptive manner of any advantages of our business.

• False representation of the Marketing/Compensation Plan of the Company is a prohibited activity.

• FBOs are prohibited from persuading or encouraging any fellow FBO, downline, team member or cross line to purchase anyproducts in unreasonable quantity or more than their immediate need for sale or consumption.

• FBOs must only utilize literature or any other training material as provided or approved by the Company. Use of any literaturewhich is not approved by the Company is strictly prohibited.

• FBOs must not persuade or coerce any new or existing FBO to purchase any training equipment, literature or salesdemonstration material for purpose of their business.
