Updating Billing and Shipping Address in Malaysia
1. Email your request to [email protected]. Once Customer Service Team received your submission, we will
update your billing and shipping address within 3-5 working days.3. You will received an email notification once the process is
completed.

Collection of Direct Deposit Form for preparation to receive commissions
1. Email the completed Direct Deposit Form to [email protected]. After the setup is done, you will receive an email notification from
Customer Service Team. 3. All direct deposit form received before 10th, the applicant will receive
their commission on the same month itself. 4. Direct deposit form received after 10th, the applicant will only receive
the commission on 25th of the following month.
Note: Direct Deposit Form is a 1-time form, no need to submit monthly.Minimum amount for direct deposit USD 10 = RM 40
