180DC Inverter Driver Control Technology
YES S Series adopts the advanced phase voltage signal sampling method, and can mea-
sure the force trends of the motor speed and rotor, improving the running efficiency of
the motor through having the DC inverter driver transmit regular sine-curve waves.
There are three groups of terminals in the inverter compressor electric box, providing the
DC inverter driver access to the terminal to drive the stator coil of the DC brushless mo-
tor within the compressor. The connected circuit, under a certain time order, has the DC
motor generate a 360 magnetic field.
A 180 DC inverter control enables the stator coil to always have current steadily running
through to make it stable.

High Pressure Chamber Scroll Compressor
High pressure chamber scroll compressors directly gets the suction refrigerant from the
indoor unit back to the compression cylinder. The refrigerant is not heated by the mo-
tor, so it can get a better compression ratio and a relatively high energy efficiency. The
pressure of the refrigerant with high temperature and pressure in the crank case can be
adjusted automatically. and then discharged from the exhaust, which has a similar func-
tion as the static pressure box, and allows the noise to be effectively controlled.
High-efficiency Oil Separator
The cover of the oil separator uses a centrifugal rotary steering design. Refrigerant gas
goes into the oil separators and then immediately gains a high rotating speed. This,
together with the centrifugal force separates the heavier oil gas from the refrigerant. The
oil gas is liquefied and finally drops to the storage device across the walls of the separa-
tor, thereby finishing the separation process.

Non-stop Compressor, Cross Oil Balance Protection Technology
Through reasonable oil control logic, with the large volume of accumulator (with oil
storage function), and the specific tubing, the system can complete the cross oil bal-
ance protection process. The compressor does not need to stop throughout the whole
process, making the operation of the air-conditioning system more reliable and efficient
while without affecting the indoor effect.

The formation of continuous oil film
Oil balance between the unit inside compressors: After the oil in the second compressor is separat-ed in the oil separator, it will enter the crank case oil groove in the first compressor by oil pipe, and after the oil in the first compressor is separated in the oil separator, it will enter the accumulator oil groove by pipe. Oil will be transported to two compressors by suction pipe, so the compressor does not need to stop and ensure that two compressors can gain lubrication by oil at the same time.
Oil balance between modules uses the pressure-difference method. After separation in the oil seperator, the oil is divided into two branches, with one of them flowing to the liquid separator and the other one going into another module. The oil pressure in oil separator is high and the oil pressure in liquid is low. When the solenoid valve in branch to another module (1) is open, and the solenoid valve in liquid separator pipe of another module (2) is open, the differential pressure will automatically engage the oil from oil separator of the first module to liquid separator of the second module, thus completing the oil balance between modules.

Double Oil Separation Technology
This technology ensures the compressor is neither in short nor excessive supply of oil,
thereby guaranteeing high reliability and efficiency. Since deep oil separation technology
has been in application on large variable frequency chillers for many years, inverter VRF
also refers to the experience of large systems, using double oil cleaning technology. The
compressor has an oil separation function, and a newly added high-efficiency oil separa-
tor to do double oil separation at the same time.

Over Compression Prevention Technology
The load and requirement of refrigerant in VRF systems are changing. As the load volume
can influence frequency, whether the system is intelligent makes a big difference.
1. The system uses a high-pressure sensor to detect the
discharge pressure, then adjusts the fan motor to ensure the
discharge pressure does not exceed the allowable range.
2. Pressure relief vents are available in the compressor cylinder.
When over-compression happens, the corresponding
pressure-relief vents will be automatically pushed against the
linked spring to release pressure and refrigerant gas, thereby
preventing over compression.

Continuous Oil Film Lubricating Technology
The oil supply in the compressor is pow-
ered by the pressure difference in the high-
pressure chamber and creates consistently
stable oil film adherent to the wall, pro-
moting the effective lubrication between
the moving and fixed scrolls, sealing of
compression chamber, cooling of the wall
of the cavity, etc and reducing the friction
loss and noise in the operation.

Intelligent Refrigerant Storage Technology
1. Through the high and low pressure sensors which control the amount of compres-
sion and discharge of the compressor, the excess refrigerant is stored in the pipeline
of the system.
2. The accumulator provides storage space required for both defrosting and oil return,
thus preventing the compressor from operating with liquid slugging. This ensures that
the system runs with higher reliability and stability.

Integral Design of Axial-flow Fan & Fan Guide Technology
According to our research, reduction of the axial-flow fan blades and fan guide space can
enhance the aerodynamic performance. When the ratio of tip clearance and fan diameter
decreases from 3% to 1%, air flow can increase by 10%, thus improving the efficiency of
the fan motor and reducing noise.

2. The pipe is processed with internal tread piping that can add more turbulence to the
flow of the refrigerant and enlarge the heat-exchanging surface. Also, it adopts cor-
rugated expansion-connected fins to add air passageway and heat transmission of
the gas on the air-cooling side.
3. The advanced 2-in and 1-out circuit design can increase the proportion of liquid
refrigerant and the heat exchanging rate of the refrigerant, thereby enhancing heat
exchanging effect and efficiency.

Intelligent Piping Length Adaption Technology
The system mainly uses high and low pressure as data for control. As for long piping,
indoor electronic expansion valve and outdoor sub-cooling can self-adapt in accordance
with the target low pressure, which can not only ensure long-distance delivery of cooling
capacity, but also solve the problem of bias indoor flow, sparing human setting codes for
pipe length, increasing integral comfort of the room and considerably saving debugging
work during installation.

Intelligent Defrost Technology
1. YORKs unique heat storage defrost technology
Before entering the defrost operation, the system will store an amount of heat for
defrost later. (This operation does not compromise the indoor comfort).
So it can reduce the liquid refrigerant return flow while defrosting, and can let the
refrigerant carry more calories and evaporate faster. This results in faster defrosting
by 50% compared to regular systematic defrosting.
It can also speed up the the heating after defrosting for better comfort. By contribut-
ing to the normal operation of compressors, it can ensure the system running stably
and reliably, increasing the defrost efficiency and the actual energy efficiency of the
whole system.
2. Defrost on demand
Our outdoor unit design has high-
accuracy pressure and temperature
sensors. Through close cooperation,
they can detect the changes in
system data caused by outdoor
unit frosting, such as the pressure,
temperature, duration of time, etc. and
then calculate the thickness of frost

3. Extra low temperature intelligent defrost
When the outdoor temperature is below -3C, the outdoor humidity is very low,
and the air conditioning is generally not easy to frost, but easy to chronically form a
sheet of ice. After some time, this will cause ice accumulation.
In such circumstances, the system will enable extra low temperature intelligent
defrost mode, which can solve the problems of chronic icing and avoid frost free
defrost.
4. For high-humidity environments, it can run through varieddefrost cycles with
different strengths.
Pressure & Temperature Combined Control
Our system has a full range of sensors including high pressure, low pressure, discharge
temperature, heat exchanger temperature, environmental temperature, suction tem-
perature, coil outlet temperature, and liquid pipe temperature sensors. Comprehensive
safeguards can make the system more efficient, stable, reliable and comfortable.
