PACKING PROCESSThe products are packed in vacuum so that any possibility of oxidation is further reduced.

OUR OWN BAKERYThe bread we make on the premises is made to a special recipe to remove excess water which can cause the growth of bacteria.

HIGHEST QUALITY INGREDIENTSUnlike cheaper ingredients which use liquid to bulk up the product, we use only top quality produce so that the amount of water AND fat is lower - thus further removing the environment for bacteriological growth.

MANUFACTURING PROCESSFlash freezing prevents the growth of mi-croorganisms. When defrosted at +5 ºC the product is as fresh as the day it was made.

DISTRIBUTION SYSTEM FROZEN LINEProducts have a frozen shelf life of 6 months (at –18 ºC) and further 25 days when defrosted and maintained chilled (at +5 ºC).

LABELING AND DEFROSTING

STEP NO. 1 – LABELING PROCESS:1. Remove products from the freezer according to the order received.

2. The date can be marked by stamp, sticker or an automatic labeling machine. The entire process must be performed within 15 min. Crocodille company provides the equipment for the labeling.

3. Print the defrosting date in the empty field marked USE BY / in dd:mm:yy format – 25 days as of the defrosting date.

STEP NO. 2 – DEFROSTING PROCESS:1. Products must be defrosted at least 8 hours before sale when stored at a refrigeration temperature of max. +5 °C.

2. Distribute the products to the final point of sales (temperature of max. +5 °C).

3. The goods shall be stored at a min. of 5° C in fridge without temperature fluctuation.

Placement of product at the retailer in a chilled cabinet (+5 ºC).

A� er manufacturing, products are delivered frozen (at –18 ºC).

The products can be stored frozen at a temperature of –18 ºC for up to 6 months.

When a product is required, it is taken from deep freeze and labeled - with a forward “sell by date” of 25 days.

The product is le� in a normal refrigerator (+5 ºC) to defrost for 8 hours to be ready for distribution.

Distribution to the customer in a chilled van (+5 ºC).
