Trainings
Once the Club is set, with new costumers flow and self-sustainability, it’s time to start trainings. These trainingsare always voluntary, they are not mandatory.
They have different names: Un Éxito in Bolivia; Academia, in Chile; US University in New York.
In our 4 Diamonds group, we participated in “creating leaders”. We call it “formando líderes” it’s a 4-day workshop, 3 training days and 1 for completion ceremony.- Basic Information- Products- Marketing- Promotions- And overall, how to bring sponsors

Daily Shifts with Extended Hours Format
We were inspired by our New York group: • It is made according to the Nutrition Clubs’ costs in NYC• Clubs with one sponsor and 3 or 4 first lines change shifts every day• Each person sells their products• Those who do not offer consumption, either prospect or lose their shift• Specific and sealed products are personal. They are not part of the shift turnover• Everybody prospects. Everybody produces• During their daily shifts, everyone can recruit assistants from their downlines,
who are part of the shift turnover during the extended hours or part-times• 3 or 4 who are also in the prospecting and training process

Daily Shifts with Extended Hours Format
While receiving customers, the idea is to learn how to operate a Nutrition Club, to recruit from 3 to 4 first lines, to learn about teamwork, and to start their own Club. It is not about one person trying to start a business, but a whole skilledand commited team in action.
It is important that the person who is in shift day saves 1/30 of the profit, in orderto pay rent for a commercial location.
Be sure to comply with local and specific country requirements.
