Problems Caused due to Anxiety:
Heart Disease: Stress can directly hit your heart by increasing heart rate and blood
circulation that may increase cholesterol level into blood stream.
Diabetes: Stress may increase diabetes level by two ways; first due to increase the glucose
levels; second due to likelihood of bad eating.
Obesity: Due to unhealthy eating, excess fat can make you obese soon.
Headache: Stress is one of the most common reasons of regular headache. Stress
decreases the ability to be calm and still.
