DiGiTal ChrONiClE Design a safe digital unit which reminds people to back up and not using cloud as a storage for personal files. Based on a 7days cycle, this ob-ject helps people secure precious momentos. The clock movement has to be winded up with the key. As long as the spring gives power to the mechanism, the key will turn every second. it is the focus part, it shows and reminds to back up or acts as a witness. Also to get access to the SD Card and USB stick, there is a combination code, based on cryptex technology. Completly self efficient, this unit embodies the precious digital files into a luxury and precious object. It challenges the idea of classical hard drive. As an ornament, it takes place in the middle of the house to remind people of their digital estate.

research highlighted a need for an attractive and practical domestic product for use in case of a flood. a coffee table is a large and permanent piece of furniture common to most houses. Concealed within this table are two waterproof chambers in which personal valuables can be stored. this design also features a leg system that automatically detaches from the main body of the table in a flood scenario, allowing the table to float on the surface of the water. it will stay afloat with a weight of up to 60 Kilos, but anything heavier will still be safely protected. the latches have been designed with a rubber edge that clamps shut with a watertight seal, preventing any flooding within the chambers, keeping the contents dry.

Doctor Richardsun’s project has been associated with ‘light as medicine’ to create the pills of the future. One day, Dr Richardsun decided to connect solar panel with a very specific pill, able to catch UVB. After hours of research the first real test came out on the fourth of march 2030. “Johnny the mouse” gulpeddown the magic pill every day during a week.Success ! “Johnny the mouse” gained very strong bones, able to rival all cats. Dr Richardsun has been rewarded by the nobel prize under “ Vitamin D revolution “ and the mouse got cheese for the rest ofhis life for taking part of the incredible and risky experience !

What is the light for ? Where could this very low power light powered by the sun could be used for ? Challenge idea of “ How the future medicine will be ? “. Flashing medicine, Fluorescent ? Rechargeable ? What for ? This story has been related to opening new opportunies, to show how combining different worlds could create sense, opportunies for design research.

the 4th of december 2023, the first pill started to be loaded by the sun. Some effort has been put into concentrating power for a potential transfer bewteen pills into the flask

Construction 3d des 4 éléments sur logiciel rhinoceros
Propositions de 8 lampes pour l’ambassade de France à Pekin, dessinées par Octavio Amado. Le but était de proposer une maquette et des rendus 3d a présenter à l’architecte du chantier afin de convaincre et de remporter l’appel d’offre. Ce travail a été effectué avec l’aide de deux autres stagiaires. La finalisation du projet s’est faite en 2011.
