Rieter is an industrial group based in Winterthur, Switzerland, and operating on a

global scale. Formed in 1795, the company is a leading supplier of short-staple

spinning machinery and technology components, and has the widest product

range in this industrial sector worldwide. Rieter has a presence in 9 countrieswith 18 manufacturing facilities and a worldwide workforce of about 4 500

employees, some 26% of whom are based in Switzerland. The company

comprises two Business Groups: Spun Yarn Systems develops and manufactures

machinery and systems for processing natural and man-made fibers and their

blends into yarn. Rieter seeks to maintain continuous growth in sales andprofitability, primarily by organic growth, but also through strategic alliances and

acquisitions.

A blowroom has its qualitative influence on the end product. Otherwise it would

have an adverse impact on yarn properties. High-performance Rieter blowroom

line enables cheaper material to be used and reduce cost via raw material as yarn

cost depends 50-70 % on raw material. However it is achievable by professional

and competent raw material management. Rieter blow room line promises gentle,

cleaning and blending of the fibers. It is equally efficient for both natural and

synthetic fibre.
