The total # includes 402 expired learners (LINC: 107, ESL: 26, FSL: 269), representing 27% of total # of learners on W/L. 

When this report was shared in October 2019, the total # of learners on the W/L was 1,349, representing 9% increase.  LINC down 12%, ESL down 12%, FSL up 78%.

Learners were placed on W/L between 0‐583 days, average days on W/L was 78 days. (67 days in October)

• Clients Residential Density Map: Indicates where clients who were assessed from April 1, 2019 until January 31, 2020 lived at the time of assessment in relation to YMCA Language Assessment and Referral Centers and LTP locations
