In the tradition of Y day camps, YMCA Camp Arrowhead offers youth a safe and exciting outdoor summer adventure. Children will learn life skills, create memories and form friendships through a variety of activities on our brand new site of 55 acres of fields and forests.

This first-class facility includes:

Alpine tower • (new this Year!)

Amphitheater•Archery Range •Challenge Course•Hiking trails •outdoor Pool•Soccer Fields•Softball Fields •

the Y offers various summer camp opportunities for all ages. Convenient drop-off and pick-up is available and will be announced in April.

Ages: 5–12

dates: June 20–September 2, 2011

Times: 6 am–6 pm

Two-Week Prices: (includes free Swim Lessons) $299 Members $399 Prospective Members

One-Week Prices: $150 Members $300 Prospective Members

Counselor in Training Prices: (1-week sessions) $55 Members $78 Prospective Members

staYing activeAges 5–12 will enjoy a summer of sunshine, activity and friendship. We concentrate on building relationships between the counselor and camper. Your child will be a part of a small group led by a well-trained, caring counselor. the mission of the Y is to put Judeo-Christian principles into practice through programs that build healthy spirit, mind and body for all. We carry out our mission one child at a time. In keeping with YMCA principles, we believe a child’s spiritual experience is vitally important in developing character. YMCA Camp Arrowhead campers begin and end their day with devotions and have an opportunity for small group values time.

we care about Youthe health and safety of our campers and staff are of paramount importance. our staff receives extensive training in camper safety, First Aid, CPR and emergency procedures. Campers must present proof of physical examination, immunization and proof of identity (birth certificate) to attend camp. YMCA Camp Arrowhead Day Camp is a fully licensed child care program.

Each year, our staff receives 25 to 35 hours of training that prepares them for the important job of being your child’s friend and guide. At YMCA Camp Arrowhead, we believe the best way to teach morals and build character is by example. We’ll give your kids friends they can look up to. Camp Arrowhead welcomes many returning staff members each summer.

Space is limited and summer is fast approaching, so don’t wait—register your child today!
