Introduction In the scenario where your daughter is unable to attend school due to self-isolating we have produced this Curriculum Student Guide to outline more subject specific guidance on work that can be completed at home. This will replace the previous guidance to use Oak Academy. Please be advised that all homework is now set on Google Classroom and your daughter can access this from home as usual to keep up with work set. We are also encouraging teachers to add their PowerPoints to the class pages where appropriate. If you daughter would like to explore subjects beyond this guidance the following website are very helpful in addition to any subject specific websites recommended by subject teachers: -

All tasks and information will be discussed in Google Meet during lesson time. All information and
resources will be shared on Google Classroom under ‘Class Work’. Assignments are to be completed
either on computers or in books/paper. All work is to be uploaded onto Google Classroom. Tasks
done on paper or in books must be photographed and kept safely. This is to ensure hand-ins are met
and feedback can be given.

Unlike many subjects, English work is set dependent on the English class and the pace of
understanding. Therefore, we have outlined the topics covered in every year group for each set for
the whole half term.
Greater guidance on specific tasks and resources will be updated weekly on Google Classrooms and
