Imagine you are in one of the cars, write down as many adjectives as you can to describe your

feelings and what you can see and hear.

Task 2: Science

How many electrical appliances can you find in each room in your house?

Turn this into a game of ‘guess the appliance’ ‘I am thinking of an appliance in the kitchen that…’

Task 3: Music

Create your own song about staying safe indoors or using ideas from what you have done at home!

You could then create your own tune using different things you have at home!

Task 4: Geography/ English

Use the internet to watch a report, go to Google and type in Newsround Floods: 'I was completely

cut off’. Imagine you are a news reporter in one of the cars, write down some ideas of what you

might say.

Task 5: Art

Search your garden for natural or manmade objects. Create a piece of artwork using the objects

then think of a title for it.

Task 6: PHSE

Think about the current situation, pick a friend from your class and write them a letter to say

what you miss about them. Make sure you save the letter as I am sure they would love to read it

when we are back in school. We could make some time in a PSHE lesson to swap letters!

Design your own workout and give it a try with someone at home! Here’s my example 10 jumping

jacks 10 toe touches 30 seconds running on the spot Repeat 3 times! You can include as many

exercises as you want in yours!
