CLONTARFOn Monday June 5 the Clontarf Board of Directors visited our school. Although the weather wasn’t in our favour, our visitors enjoyed a Welcome to Country and a tour of the academy rooms at each site. Clontarf are really starting to have an impact on student engagement and attendance. We have approximately 20 boys attending morning training session on Tuesday & Thursdays, followed by a healthy breakfast.

TRY FOR 5Monday June 5 was a busy day as we also hosted a visit from Matty Bowen and the Try for 5 team. Matty presented prizes to some of our highest attending students and spoke to classes at the primary campus about the importance of school attendance and having a healthy lifestyle. The visit was thoroughly enjoyed by all.
