Y4 Home Learning Hi Lizards! I hope your first week back doing school work has been enjoyable. I have loved receiving your emails and seeing what you have been up to. It has also been lovely to see photographs of extra things you have been doing at home! Here are a few things us adults have been up to: General things to do each week and practise as much as possible: Read for at least 30 minutes daily, independently or with an adult, discussing the stories you have read (20 books for 2020) As you finish a book – write a book review! Use TT Rockstars and Spelling Shed daily – use your login card to play on these every day Choose words from the Y4 spelling list to practise each day (aim for 5 words per week) – use the spelling strategies we use regularly in school to do this in your book Practise using the four operations with written methods daily (column method for addition and subtraction, grid method for multiplication and bar model for division).
