We were on our wedding trip II neglected to say so you may imagine we wernt very much in for sightseSHigT All we wanted was to beatone so I guess we didnt select avery suitable place

satisfied to just look at each othe-rI have heard that Jacksonville is
I
a real nice little city but I shall have-
to judge of that some other timeFrom Jacksonville we went to
New York bv boat and both of uswere seasick We still had somerice on our hats and we found thatour baggage was all beautifully deco¬
rated with dainty white shoes andquantities of beautiful white ribbonwhich I expect to use for makinggirdles
But when we arrived at NewYorkjust think of us being in thatgreat big New Yorkwe hardlyknew what to do there were so manythings that we had heard about thatwe hardly knew where to begin Wewent to the Waldorf first and decided-we liked the looks of that hotel pret¬
ty well so we settled there andplanned a program for the day Butwefinally decided we had just ratherstay with each other so we didnt-see anything in New York but its anice place though
The next day we went down toBuffalo to see the exposition Just-as we got into the grounds we open-
ed
¬
our umbrellas and were literallyshowered with rice that those thought-ful
¬
friends had put there We werequite embarrassed but we headed forthe Pike to ride on the Senic rail ¬
way We were so fascinated withthat that we decided to spend all ofour time there I advise everyone-to ride on the Senic railway It iscertainly a grand way to spend oneshoneymoon
Harrys money gave out so he de ¬
cided he had to get back home towork He wouldnt tell me he did ¬
nt have any money for he was afraid-
I might immediately quit him Wecame back in a hurry He wouldnt-even let me buy any fruit on the carsand he wouldnt let me stop in Jack-sonville
¬
We just changed cars andcame straight to Ocala after havingspent a perfectly dear and swee-
honeymoon and all the money wewe could lay our hands on Buffalomust be a beautiful city from all Iheard about it But we saw onlyeach other
After the letters were read a twen ¬
tyminute stopover was given Theporters brought around deliciouslunches salad crackers sandwichesand pickles done up in boxes and allleft the cars and found various cozyplaces to eat the lunch that had been-
so beautifully prepared
Later in the evening ice cream andcake was served after which theguests were treated to some delightsul music Miss Camp and Miss
Scott sang very sweetly Mr Gilesplayed beautifully on the violin MrBirdsey and Mr Guy Zewadski on
the piano and Messrs Giles WestBirdsey Osco and Guy Zewadski sangseveral popular and catchy sons
The summer outing was one of thecleverest most unique and novel par¬
ties that has ever been given in Ocalaadd the young people that enjoyedthe hospitality of Mr and Mrs Ze¬
wadski on this occasion are very en-
thusiastic
¬
in their praise of it and ofthe good time they all enjoyed Itwas an exceedingly pleasant trip iicompliment to a group of very intertere ting young men
