We have already reached the figure of $300,000 and we are hopeful that by the end of the calendar year of 1969, we will have all of the pledges in for the l~ million dollars. As you know, this is a five-year program with most of the doctors enrolling for ~100 a year for a maximum of five years. We do have many doctors who have paid in full and many who are giving us more than $100 a year. I have asked Maxwell Rosen to send you a report bringing you up to date on the results and the plans. The Staff joins me in expressing their deepest appreciation to you for the leadership which you have given us and the inspiration which we all have from your identification with our efforts. I hope that you will still have a little time for us.
