Object: XVII InternationalGym Trophy - XXIV Italian Choreography Championship X International Rhythmic Gymnastics Tournament Dear Sport friends, I am very pleased to invite you to the XVII InternationalGym Trophy - XXIV Italian Choreography Championship and to the X International Rhythmic Gymnastics Tournament, which will take place on 12, 13 and 14 June 2015 in Capaccio Paestum (Salerno, Italy), next to the complex of ancient temples, which is the World Heritage of UNESCO.

Each sporting association and school can join with up to three choreographic teams. The availability of an indoor facility will make the event possible even in case of rain.

I am glad to inform you that the accreditation for the events is free of charge. Moreover, five gymnasts will be our guests with free accommodation from Thursday 11 to Saturday 13 June 2015 (three nights), and those who will take a part of the X International Rhythmic Gymnastics Tournament (maximum five gymnasts) will not pay the accommodation fee of the night on Sunday 14 June.

REGISTRATION DEADLINES: It is necessary to to fill in, sign and send back the registration form of the XVII InternationalGym Trophy – XXIV Italian Choreography Championship. Applications must be received by fax or e-mail to Confsport Italia no later than 25 May 2015.

ENTRY FEES: Each Sporting Association and School can enter with one or more choreographic teams (no more than three of them). Registration fee for each group is free.

MEDICAL SERVICE: There will be the Medical services provided. VISA: Please verify immediately with your travel agent or your local

Embassy or Consulate in your country if a VISA is required for your travel to Italy. The Organizing Committee will be happy to assist each Delegation member with an official invitation letter, provided that the request is made on time (until 1 April 2015 – as soon as possible). The request must include the function, full name, gender, date of birth, citizenship and passport number, passport expiry date, the arrival and departure dates of the Delegation Member as well as the city. The VISA application support letter must be sent to.

INSURANCE: The Organizing Committee will not be held responsible for any liabilities in case of accidents, illness, repatriation and the like. All participants are responsible for making their own arrangements to have the necessary valid insurance coverage against illness, accidents and for repatriation for all the members of their Delegation. Delegation member with insufficient insurance cover must inform the OC in advance.

INTERNATIONAL TRASPORTATION: The invited participating teams must pay for the travel costs of their delegations members to/from Italy. The Travel Schedule must be returned to the OC by 25 May 2015.

LOCAL TRASPORTATION AND OC will assure free board and lodging for your 5 athletes and will ACCOMODATION: provide to the transportation from the airport of Capodichino

(Naples), airport Salerno, train station of Salerno or Paestum upon arrival and departure for the teams that will attend to the event on Thursday 11th 2015 in the afternoon, accordingly to the times of arrival of the planes. The return is set on Sunday 14th 2015 in the morning or accordingly to the times of departure of the planes.

The OC will cover the transportation to/from Hotel to/from Archeologic Area.

The costs of the hotels can be viewed in "Hotel Reservation Form”. VISITS: Possibility of Cultural visits of the Museum and Temples of

Paestum. AWARDS: At the end of "soirée" the following prizes will be awarded:

Prize for the best team work; Prize for the most creative choreography; Special Prize for the best choreography for Single Category; Special Prize for the best choreography for Over 40s; Special Prize for the best choreography for Under 11s (up to

year 2004); Prize for technical drills (prizes will be awarded according to the

relevant sectors); Prize for the best music interpretation; Prize for the most creative use of apparatus; XXIV ITALIAN CHOREOGRAPHY CAMPIONSHIP; XVII INTERNATIONALGYM TROPHY. Sporting Associations, Schools and athletes all will receive a memento of the event. The jury reserves unchallengeable right to deliver special prizes. The Sporting Association or the School that will win the XVII InternationalGym Trophy or the XXIV National Choreography Championship will not receive any of the other prizes but, possibly, just special ones.

MEMBERS OF THE JURY: The jury will consist of national and international coaches of the represented disciplines.

TTEECCHHNNIICCAALL PPRROOGGRRAAMM –– RREEGGUULLAATTIIOONN

1. Each choreography shall last no more than 3' e 30" as for team free gymnastic exercises and/or with small official and unofficial tools. The XVII InternationalGym Trophy – XXIV Italian Choreography Championship is reserved to teams of artistic and rhythmic gymnastics, general gymnastic in all its forms (aerobic, jazzercise, etc.), twirling, trampolining, modern and contemporary dance, flamenco and sports dance. The above mentioned time limits include entering and leaving from the gym floor. The tools of special size, brought by association, must be agreed with the organization.

2. In case the exercise would last more then expected time by the regulation, the performance will be considered “off the charts”

3. Each team will be made up of 2 athletes at least. 4. Teams can consist of both female and male athletes. 5. Athletes can also wear outfits different from leotards. Those outfits, however, must let the

evaluation of performances. 6. Any kind of incidental music is allowed, even singing. 7. Sporting Associations and Schools can perform their choreographies on a 10x10 mt stage. The Event

will take place even in case of rain thanks to the availability of an indoor sporting facility. 8. Each Sporting Association and School shall deliver, in 30 minutes from the beginning of the event, a

CD soundtrack of the performance. Each CD must report the name of the Sporting Association/School and the title of the choreography. Each CD corresponds to a single performance.

9. The show will have this schedule: Friday 12th June 10 AM – 6 PM Stage test Friday 12th June 6.30 PM Preliminary fase Saturday 13th June 7 PM Soirée 10. Each choreography selected by the jury on Friday evening will take part to Saturday’s night soirée.

Confsport Italia reserves the right to modify the program according to the amount of registrations.

event. AGE: BABIES 2005-2006-2007 W.A. rope, hoop, ball GIRLS 2003-2004 W.A., rope, hoop, clubs JUNIORS 2000-2001-2002 rope, hoop, ball, clubs SENIORS 1999 or older hoop, ball, clubs, ribbon DELEGATIONS: 2 gymnasts per category and each gymnast can enter with max of 2

apparatus. After all applications will be submitted, if a minimum of 3 participants for apparatus will not be reached, Confsport Italia reserves the right to modify the program. 1 coach 1 Judge (in possession of brevet IV) preferred but not required.

with medals: Gold-Silver-Bronze, cups and special gifts. The other gymnasts will be awarded with medals.
