Thank you for using Xnet certificates. This document provides information on the operations that are necessary to acquire or renew certificates in a Windows®7environment with Internet Explorer11 (IE11) installed.

○System Requirements（Secom Download Site）OS Windows Vista、7、8.1、10、MacOS X

Browser Internet Explorer 9、10、11、Firefox、Safari

* Please download the digital certificate within 30 days of this e-mail notification.

After 30 days or after one hour you downloaded, you will be unable to acquire your certificate

by the URL in the e-mail.

1 Certificate download procedure

1.1 Download procedure This section describes how you can perform the issue operation of the certificate. You need the password on the issuance.

1. URL of the Certificate Issue Web site is notified via e-mail, addressed to the customer who issues the certificate.

2. When visiting the Certificate Issue Web site, the screen below will be shown. Enter User ID and password, and click [ダウンロード（download）] button.

User ID （ユーザ ID）

User ID is notified via e-mail ALLFX- XXXXXXXXXX Ex.) ALLFX-1234567890, ALLFX-1234567890-XX

Password （パスワード）

In regard of the password associated to the certificate, please contact the service provider that uses the certificate.

1.2 Import procedure 5. As Certificate Import Wizard is starting, click the [Next >] button [1].

7. Enter the same password as download [7].

8. Click the “[Mark this key as exportable…]” and the [Include all extended properties] [8]. And then, click the [Next >] button[9].

10. Select the “[Automatically select the certificate store …]” [1]. And then, click the [Next >] button[2].

12. The “Completing...” is displayed, and click the [Finish] button [1].

13. If Security Warning is shown, and click the [Yes] button [1].

14. Click the [OK] button [1].

The installation of certificate is now completed. Next, you make sure that your client certificate has been installed successfully.

* You can also make sure that your client certificate has been installed successfully by the procedure of appendix。

1.3 Check procedure

15. Make sure that the certificate is installed successfully by clicking the URL [1]. * Sorry for Japanese Web site.

16. Select the downloaded certificate for the certificate request from following “Choose a digital certificate” dialog, and click [OK] button [1].

17. If you see the following screen without any trouble, it means that the certificate issue has been successfully completed. * Sorry for Japanese Web site.

Close the browser. The certificate issue(download) is now completed.

If you want to make a backup copy of installed certificate, see next “3. Certificate export Procedure (make a backup copy)”

1.4 Check procedure(IE)/Export

1. On the [Tools] menu of Internet Explorer, click [Internet Options].

2. Internet Options will be displayed. Click [Content] tab. Then, Click [Certificates] button.

3. Confirm the following information in the [Personal] tab. ・Your name is indicated in the "Issued To" column ・"XXXX CA" is indicated in the "Issued By" column

Ex. Xnet : Fuji Xerox Xnet CA – C ・"Expiration Date" is after today

If there are no problems with the indicated information, please go on to the next step.

Check the condition of private key

4. Choose the certificate confirmed in step 3, and click the [View] button.

Certificate export procedure

(make a backup copy)

8. Choose your certificate name to confirm from the list, and click [Export...] button.

9. "Certificate Export Wizard" will be displayed. Click [Next >] button.

10. Check mark on "Yes, export the private key"

11. Click [Next >] button.

12. Select export file format of your certificate. Check mark on "Personal Information Exchange - PKCS #12 (.PFX)" and "Include All certificates in the certification path if possible".

14. Enter a password for exporting your private key. Please be sure that you cannot import your certificate if you forget this password.

15. Click [Next >] button.

16. Please select the folder where your certificate file will be saved, and name the file. The file name should be arbitrary.

In addition, your certificate file's extension will be ".pfx".

19. Click [Next >] button.

20. The following window will be displayed, and click [Finish] button.

After the certificate is exported, following message will be displayed.

Please save the exported digital certificate in other media, and keep it in the safe place.
