The organizing committee of the XII PADEL WORLD JUNIORS CHAMPIONSHIPSoffers accommodation at Intur Orange hotel in Benicasim for the 27 members of each participating national teams on a full board basis, from the dinner on Monday, 14th to the breakfast or lunch on Sunday, 20th October, depending on wether any scheduled sport activity on Sunday, 20th.

Four triple rooms and three quadruple rooms are put at the disposal of each national team for the accommodation of up to a maximum of 4 female players and 4 male players per category(U14, U16 and U18). Moreover, a triple room is offered for the accommodation of one (1) or two (2) captains plus one (1) federative if they are of the same sex, or a double room and a single room for one (1) or two (2) captains and one (1) federative, in the case of being of different sexes. In addition, arrival and departure transfer services from Valencia Airport and / or Train Station Joaquín Sorolla in Valencia are offered to all national teams both on the arrival (Monday, 14th October) and departure (Sunday, 20th October) days.

Within the conditions mentioned in point II. 12.1 for hosting a World Juniors either Teams or National Pairs Championships,

the payment of accommodation and local transportation expenses of the Official Delegations of the participating Countries is included.

The composition of these Delegations and the pernoctations covered, are detailed below: Delegation of a maximum of twenty-four (24) players:

four (4) for each category U14, U16 and U18, male and female, one (1) or two (2) captains and one (1) federative. The expenses to be

covered are: Seven days of stay. • First day: Dinner only. • Days 2 to 6: Breakfast, lunch and dinner. • Day 7: Breakfast. If there were sporting activity

on Day 7, the lunch meal should also be covered. Six hotel nights. Pick up and drop off at the airport or station of the city hosting the Championships.

Local transport, hotel - sports facilities - hotel. All other players enrolled in the World National Pairs Championships must cover their own

hotel expenses, meals and transportation, unless otherwise indicated in the documents of the Championship presented by the Organizing Committee.

Upon registration, each selection must provide the organization with the travel plan, taken for granted that the whole expedition shares the same flight and/or train schedule for the arrival and departure either in/from Valencia Airport or in/from Joaquín Sorolla Train Station.

Deadlines to send accommodation and travel information to the organization will be reported shortly.

TRANSFER SERVICE FOR FAMILY AND ACCOMPANYING PERSONSFamily members and accompanying persons can hire a shuttle service to and from Valencia Airport and / or

Joaquín Sorolla Train Station in Valencia along with the participating athletes in the World Championships,

provided their travel plan matches that of their national team.

The cost of this service is 15.00€ per person and trip and it must be notified while booking accommodation

or through your national team.

Furthermore, during the days of celebration of the World Championships the organization will arrange a

shuttle bus service between the hotels and the different venues with 1 hour frequency, giving priority of

seats to the athletes of the national teams.

For those relatives and accompanying persons interested in booking rental vehicles, there are rental

offices at both Valencia Airport and Joaquín Sorolla Train Station.
